Little Black Book is a directory (“Directory”) of third party online product/service providers (“Sponsored Providers”) with a material connection to The Social Bungalow LLC (“Operator”) which might materially affect the weight or credibility that you give to Sponsored Providers, Operator, Content, and/or other content. Sponsored Providers pay Operator for placement in the Directory and if desired, at additional respective cost, for the placement of a self-authored promotional blog post on Operator’s website, or for use of (and promotion via) Operator’s social media platforms (Directory listings, blog posts and social media use/promotion collectively referred to as “Content”).
The Directory solely includes Sponsored Providers. Users will see reminders of material connections with Sponsored Providers that Operator has a relationship with and that provide financial compensation to Operator in exchange for Content. Sponsored Providers in the Directory may be organized alphabetically by product/service category and are changed each calendar quarter to include new and different Sponsored Providers. Product/service categories may be comprised of Sponsored Providers included in the Directory and organized by niche.
By clicking on “Work With Her/Him/They” and/or hyperlinked text contained on a Sponsored Providers designated webpage, you may be redirected to the website, landing page or social media property of that Sponsored Provider governed by different terms and privacy practices than those of Operator’s, which you should review carefully, including, but not limited to, data collection and use, material terms of product/service offerings, conditions and exclusions, and refund and cancellation policies.
Some – not all – third party online product/service providers that submit a request to be included in the Directory may be invited by Operator for inclusion therein and to submit and/or access Content, at Operator’s sole discretion. Not all requests for inclusion in the Directory are granted. Sponsored Provider may only be included in the Directory, once.
You are not obligated to use our website, the Directory, initiate contact with Sponsored Providers, or agree to purchase any product/service from Operator or Sponsored Providers. It is important to know Sponsored Providers are not the only choices and may not be right for everyone. Other product/service providers may be a better fit for you. Not all available product/service providers are indicated on our website, appear in the Directory or on/via Operator’s social media platforms. Before choosing a product/service provider or acting on any Content, please consult with a professional that may be in the best position to provide you with guidance unique to your circumstances.
