Hi, Soraya here! I’m an Online Lifestyle Transformation Coach specializing in helping busy boss women lose stubborn body fat and create a flexible, fulfilling and sustainable lifestyle. Over the past few years I’ve helped 200+ women lose a combined 2,000+ pounds without dieting or doing long hours of boring cardio.
My personal weight loss story inspired me to start my biz. In my first year of college alone I gained 25+ pounds. One day I looked in the mirror and realized things had gotten out of hand, not just physically but holistically.
So I decided it was time to embark on my own wellness journey.
I knew there had to be a sustainable way to lose weight because I loved food and didn’t want to “diet” to achieve my desired result…so I buckled down, did a lot of research, trial and error on myself & became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer.
After 3 months of designing my own fun workouts and creating delicious meal plans I lost 20 pounds. The best part?
I didn’t feel deprived, hungry or like I was “dieting”. I genuinely enjoyed every step of the process!
When I returned to school, people made comments about how different I looked and wanted help – and thus my business was born 5 years ago today. I now help my clients lose stubborn body fat, create a routine they love, confront and squash their emotional eating, create balanced and aligned lives, and go about every day with intention.
And it’s my mission to help you do the same!
