About her unique approach

Hey, I’m Fran! I fell in love with podcasting when I first launched mine, Franly Advice.

Since that day, I’ve implemented and tested dozens of strategies to determine what works best when launching and scaling a podcast.

I know it’s not always easy to implement an idea. I’ve been there… stuck in the idea phase, overwhelmed by how to get started. I sat on Franly Advice for an entire year before I launched it into the world.

This was part of my motivation to create The Pod Factory.

I wanted to create a seamless experience for my clients to go from the launch all the way through ranking on the top charts with help from the digital marketing side.

Starting this business and supporting other business owners has been the biggest blessing in my life. I took the talents I learned in my corporate job and created this company to build freedom for myself and my family.

I want to help you do the same through strategic growth strategies.

Outside of business, I am a wife, a reality TV fan (I’m aspiring to be a housewife of the online business world), a lover of comic books and cartoons with a style inspired by Doug. I’m a fan of rap music and anything my husband Ron plays, which by the way, can also be music for your podcast. I also love personal finance, my journey to becoming debt-free, and planning all the things.
